Bleu Phonque

Bleu Phonque (pronounced "blue funk") is a Louisville Ky based rock band. Left to right in the picture are Johnny Edwards, vocals and harmonica, Paul McGarry, guitar, Tony Frank, bass, and Greg Unthank, drums. 


Bleu Phonque plays primarily original music with covers of blues, rock, soul, Americana and funk songs done in their own unique style. 


Johnny is best known for his work as lead singer and songwriter with the band Foreigner during the early nineties. Other major record label projects include Montrose (Enigma), Wild Horses (Atlantic), and Royal Jelly (Island). 


Seasoned players all, the guys in Bleu Phonque have rediscovered the joy of writing, recording and performing music for the fun of it.
